Intra-School Model United Nations Conference

Diplomacy and the ability to put forward your point in a dignified manner are abilities that everyone must possess. To inculcate the same in students, The Air Force School conducted an Intra-School Model United Nations Conference on 9th and 10th May, in which the United nations General Assembly- – Disarmament and International Security Committee was stimulated along with the International Press. The agenda was, ‘Strengthening of Security and Cooperation in the Middle East and Northern Africa.’

A training session was conducted for around 60 students, who were a part of the stimulation, during the first half of day 1 which was followed by one and a half days of heated debating and discussion. The delegates discussed the issues at hand and presented various solutions while the international press diligently reported the same.

It was an amazing experience for each one of us and we would like to thank the officiating principal- Amita Gupta ma’am and teacher co-ordinator- Sumita Balram ma’am for the same.
