Full Dress Rehearsal of AF Day Parade on Wednesday, 05 Oct 2016

CIRCULAR TO PARENTS

Dear Parents, 

1.       Thank you very much for sending the consent form in respect of your ward for witnessing the Full Dress Rehearsal of Air Force Day Parade on Wednesday, 05 Oct 2016. 

2.       You are requested to drop your ward at the Main Gate of the school on 05 Oct 2016 by 0500 hrs (Repeat) 0500 hrs as the buses will leave from the school at 0515 hrs sharp. 

3.     Please note the following:- 

(a)            Students are required to come in proper summer uniform (Jeans pants are not permitted) along with their identity card 

(b)            Camera, Mobile Phone, eatables are not permitted 

(c)             Students are permitted to carry only water bottle 

(d)            The school has made arrangement for light refreshment 

4.     The students will be accompanied by the following staff members.

5.     The students will be back to the school around 1200 hrs and thereafter they will attend the routine school classes and will leave the school in the routine manner.

    Circular - Heritage Walks

    Circular for Parents- Heritage Walks for Students of Classes III, IV and V

    Dear Parents,                                                                              

    Outdoor and experiential learning has always been a part of our curriculum. We understand the significance of including museums and monuments as rich sources of learning about our heritage and traditions. Keeping this in mind we have planned Heritage Walks for our children of classes III to V during school hours.  The aim of this programme is to create awareness about our rich cultural heritage and history. The class teachers will accompany the students during these heritage walks.

    ·       Orientation sessions – An orientation session for each class will be conducted by the teachers in the classes prior to the visit. The visit will be followed by an interactive discussion in school the next day where the children will share interesting insights and their experiences. 

    ·       For the visit - Your child should come to school in proper school uniform and should carry the I–card. She/he should bring a small bag with the school diary/notebook, a pen/pencil, tiffin and water bottle. The children will be accompanied by their class teachers in the school transport. 

    ·       Consent form - Kindly fill in the consent form, which will be given to your child, and submit to the class teacher, latest by 13 Sep 2016.
