“The webinar *SMART WORK OVER HARD WORK* was very Helpful, Interactive, Informative and much interesting. In this Respected Sir, Col Sanjeet Sirohi told us how is our brain an amazing organ, and told many ways how can we make a perfect timetable, how to make a important notes (type of summary) which will help us at the time of exams as at that time we don't have time to read the whole chapter, and how to excel in subjects especially maths and science, manage our studies and physical activities simultaneously, they told us the importance of sleep, time management, how to concentrate on particular topic, and how can we learn a concept- the process is slow but it will be in our minds forever, we should study at the time of study and play at the time of play and we should not take breaks between studying and they told that if we want to learn a difficult topic we should learn it early morning around 5 am to 9 am(it is the perfect time) or else in night and then sleep which will make the concept more clear to you next morning (as you would sleep but the mind is working and recording all the concept you studied at night). It was very much clear by the PowerPoint Presentation because it had texts and images too. And at last some of the questions were answered but some left because of the lack of time. So I would look forward for these sessions as this helped me a lot for my future.”
