Conduct of FA in lieu of PSA

Dear Parents,

Board has decided to do away with the conduct of PSA (Problem Solving Assessment) in classes IX & XI from the session 2015-16. Schools have been advised by CBSE to conduct FA in place of PSA. School has decided to conduct an Individual Activity (IA) in each subject in place of PSA. The details are given below:

CLASS IX

There will be separate IA in each of the 05 subjects.

The IAs will be conducted in the 1^st & 2^nd week of December 2015.

Each IA will be of 40 marks.

Rubrics and other details will be uploaded on the website very soon.

These IAs will be counted in FA-3.

Note – The WT, CW, HW, Activity planned in FA-3 will be conducted as planned and will now be counted in FA-4.

CLASS X

Individual Activity as FA-4 for the following students of class X:

                   i.        Who could not attend PSA in class IX i.e. in 2014-15

                                  OR

                 ii.        Who are desirous of improving earlier scores

Note - Best of their scores out of PSA (2014-15) or FA-4 (2015-16) will be reflected in FA-4 of class IX (2014-15) & FA-4 of class X (2015-16).
